Omlette is a popular dish all over the world.
This dish prepared by cooking beaten egg, mixed with onion and grated coconut in a frying pan
INGREDIENTS:
- Shallot/Pearl Onion(finely chopped)-6 nos
- Green Chilly(finely chopped)-3 nos
- Grated Coconut-1 tbsp
- Eggs - 4 nos
- Salt to taste
- Chopped Curry leaves - 1 tsp
- Oil- 1 tsp
PREPARATION METHOD:
- Squeeze chopped Pearl Onion, Green Chily, Grated Coconut, Curry leaves and Salt with hand.
- Add egg into it and beat well.
- Pour some Oil in a frying Pan with little Oil.
- Pour one spoon full of egg mix in the pan and spread it like a dosa.
- When one side is cooked and turn the other side and cook it.
