Chembu(diced) is Cooked in little water and fried in Oil till it turns crisp and golden colour.
INGREDIENTS:
- Diced Taro root/Chembu -1 cup
- Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp.
- Red chili powder - ½ tsp.
- Salt to taste
- Oil -2 tbsp
PREPARATION METHOD:
- Cook Chembu in little water along with turmeric powder,chilli powder and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Put the Cooked Chembu into it and fry utill it turns to golden colour.
